    Led research into startup ecosystems, TIN*BIWoC entrepreneurship, and funding, while building relations with investors and managing congresses.

    Developed and managed the "Decolonial Dreaming" project, providing spaces for subversive dreaming and visualization of a discrimination-free world.

    2016 – 2017 – Artistic Director & Project Manager | Mannheim Heritage of World Cultures

    Managed a participatory cultural project under the German UNESCO Commission, with over 120 participants and praised for its social impact.

    Managed a social experiment that transformed a private cultural institution into a community space, culminating in a grand parade.

    2025 (August) MONSTRUM – A performative inquiry into the repressed: an artistic residency exploring silenced forms of violence and the “monster” as a metaphor for personal, structural, and social crises, inspired by Akwaeke Emezi’s Pet and Bayo Akomolafe’s philosophy.
